Emergency

My artist sent me a text message this morning telling that he couldn't make it to work today. Our office being so strict with policies in tardiness and absents and as his supervisor I needed to ask for his excuse. He said that they had an emergency in the family that needed his attention. I didn't ask for the details as I know that that is personal though he mentioned he needed money to pay for some bills. I know that there are cash advance offered online, so I suggested maybe he can look into it hoping that it could help him somehow.
